Students must complete the coursework during this program according to the established guidelines by the Exchange University. The grades earned will be important to progression in future academic endeavors, including graduate or professional school; however the grades earned will NOT be indicated on the UK transcript. For more information visit the UK Education Abroad Academic Credit website.

Housing & Meals

FHP does not own any dorms. However there are several accommodation options available to exchange students.

1. The Studentenwerk ('student union') own several dormitories in and around Potsdam. Their rooms are in highly demand but registration is recommended because some students may not arrive and take their rooms. Their website with all the information can be found here.

2. Just across the street from the FHP campus is a private institution offering housing for students. You can check availability and and prices here.

3. Contact the FHP student assistant network FHP Connect at fhpconnect@fh-potsdam.de. You can also find them on Facebook. They are all students at FHP and happy to help international students in any way they can. They may have suggestions on housing or know someone who is looking for a roommate.

4.Check out the website www.wg-gesucht.de. It is the most popular website in Germany for students looking for accommodation or flatmates.
Students are also responsible for all meals during the duration of the term abroad.

Student Life

FHP Connect is the student assistant network, run by students at FHP. In addition to providing information on accommodation, they also organise trips, events, parties, get-togethers, and much more.
